Our warehouse is located in Malaysia. We ship all our orders via express courier only.

We offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY within peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia, a flat rate of RM15 will be charged for shipments for orders lower than RM400. For orders above RM400 will be entitled for free shipping to East Malaysia. An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

All orders should take 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be fulfilled.

We deliver all over the world with a few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of Malaysia.

SHIPMENTS & DELIVERIES

How long will shipping take?

– Your order will take between 1-3 business days to be processed and picked up for delivery.

– For West Malaysia it takes an estimated 1-4 business days to deliver after being picked up by our courier service.

– For East Malaysia it takes an estimated 4-10 business days to deliver after being picked up by our courier service.

– For International Shipments, it takes an estimated 4 to 20 business days to deliver after being picked up by our courier service.

– During peak sales season and public holidays orders may take longer to be delivered. 

– Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Malaysia. 

– All shipping details and tracking codes will be sent to your email. 

– We are not responsible for shipping delays, are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order).  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES 

Any customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
